How far in advance do I need to book?
We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance, though same-day or next-day availability is sometimes possible. Call us at (602) 881-7991 for urgent requests.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No — many of our customers provide a key or entry code. We're fully insured and background-checked, so you can trust us in your space.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
No problem. You can cancel or reschedule for free through your confirmation email, or call us at least 24 hours before your appointment.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes — we bring all equipment and eco-friendly cleaning products. If you have a preferred product you'd like us to use, just let us know in your booking notes.
